Chunky Monkey Pudding Recipe




 A snack recipe using the oh so delicious Coco Dolce Chocolates! Sweet, filling, creamy with a bit of crunch and loaded with super foods... you wouldn't believe it's healthy!

Ingredients:
2 tbsps chia seeds
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsps carob
1 banana, sliced
2 dates, chopped
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp cacao nibs
3 blocks of Coco Dolce Chocolate, chopped

Method:

Soak chia seeds in coconut milk for at least 10 minutes. Add vanilla and carob on soaked chia seeds and mix. Place chia mixture in a jar. Top with bananas, peanut butter, dates, cacao nibs and Coco Dolce Chocolates. Have it for breakfast or midday snack!
