Why, hello there Monday!
We're back from Christmas break reporting what went on before the holidays. When not organizing wholistic retreats, #TheFlowTribe gathers the people of Manila for Flow In The City- a whole day affair of yoga, entrepreneurial talks and good healthy eats amidst local artisans and proudly Filipino products. Our last Flow In The City Christmas Edition in the north was done in collaboration with fellow health advocates, Mhaze Salas and Jess Tempongko-Sales! Check out some of the merchants, their brands and crafted items during this fun outdoors event.
