What Went On: Flow Bohol Retreat 2015

Our home refuge for 3 days was the super chill Momo Beach House in Panglao Island.

On the itinerary? Yoga of course! I lead a Yin Yoga class to decompress our spines after all the traveling to get to this island paradise.

The next morning, we did an energizing sequence to greet the sun before breakfast. Spot the nursing yoga mama!

Our Flow intern, Arielle Guevara lead the Dreamcatcher workshop.

While waiting for our tour to start, everyone snacked on Bohol Bee Farm's signature homemade ice cream. YUMMY!

During the Bohol Bee Farm Tour, our guide explained that this eco-sanctuary has absolutely no chemical fertilizer. Yay! So glad that more and more farms are learning to use organic materials.

This was the spectacular view from where we had dinner that day. We stared at the waxing moon all night while dining with new-found friends. WOW!

Before some of the participants got their traditional hilot massages, a photo!

Thank you to all who joined us for this short and sweet escape! Until the next Flow adventure! Follow the hashtag #FlowBohol to see more photos on Instagram and Facebook from the retreat :)
