Flow's surfer gal, Noelle, came up with this energy-boosting smoothie recipe, perfect drink for pre or post surf or yoga sesh!
Here's the recipe:
2 frozen bananas
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup strawberries
1 tsp raw acai powder
1 tsp raw maca powder
1/2 cup water
handful of blueberries and gojiberries
1 tbsp chia seeds
Place bananas, blueberries, strawberries, raw acai powder, raw maca powder, and water in a high speed blender and pulse until smooth and creamy. pour in a tall glass then supercharge it! Top the smoothie with more blueberries, gojiberries and chia seeds.
