Post-Surf Raw Vegan Protein Shake


Here's a post-surf raw vegan protein shake recipe for you to try to recover those lost muscles! 

Ingredients:
2 bananas
3/4 cup Almond Milk
1 tbsp. Maca Powder
1 tbsp. Vanilla Hemp Protein
1 tsp. Chia Seeds
1 tsp. Coconut Oil
1 tbsp. Hemp Seeds
1 tbsp Carob Powder
1 tbsp. Flax Meal 
Raw cacao nibs

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Top with raw cacao nibs!

Great to have after a long surf session or after a workout!
