Zumba is a Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness craze that people are loving worldwide. There is nothing like the release we get from dance. To quote one of our favorite dancers:

On August 4, we are bringing you FLOW in THE CITY featuring Sharon Eleazar-Yu as the certified Zumba dance instructor of Beyond Yoga. She recently completed her Zumba and Zumba Toning training from California and has been sharing her passion on the dance floor with us.

Of course the FLOW gals all took time to try out the Zumba workout as one of our Mommy Monday activities. Check out how flushed we all look after a full 75-min of non-stop cardio beats. We probably burned about 800 calories in that class!
